We want you to love your tokidoki purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please note that blind boxes and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
